Merry Christmas Jumpers does not capture or store any personal information about the people who use this website. There is no account to create, no newsletter to join and no contact form to fill in, so in normal use you can browse the whole site without telling us anything about yourself.
If you choose to get in touch with us via our Facebook page, we will of course see your message and your Facebook name, and we may use that to reply to you. That conversation sits on Facebook rather than on this website, and is covered by Facebook’s own privacy policy as well as this one.
Any information you do give us is used exclusively by Merry Christmas Jumpers. We do not sell, trade or transfer it to any third party unless you have expressly consented. If you would like to exercise your right to know what personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, please send your data protection enquiry to us through the contact page.
When you click through to a retailer
Merry Christmas Jumpers is a shop window, not a shop. When you follow one of our links to a retailer such as John Lewis, Debenhams or Amazon, you leave this website and arrive on theirs. From that point on, what is collected about you and what cookies are set are matters for that retailer and for any affiliate network involved — not for us. We never see your name, your address or your payment details, and we have no access to your order.
